Robert Plant = studio singer.

Peter Terry says:

Led Zeppelin and their music will never become dated, successive generations
love of the band have proven that.

Crab Cannon says:

I love how Kashmir is so good that fans cheer loudly even though they still
don’t know the song yet.

Xavier Bustamante says:
inst1g8t0r says:

By far the best group of four musicians in rock, Beatles were by far the
best songwriters but Zep had all kinds of mad talent.

ogrebattle22763 says:

Excellent show….

SisterSarann says:

Very Fine concert:) Thank you LedZep Boots:)

Jim Wilson says:

My God – Plant just completely lost his live voice 1973 and onward. It just
got worse and worse. I agree that the period where he gave it his all and
completely blew his vocal cords out were incredible but recordings like
this are almost unlistenable to me. The band is as tight as can be and
classic powerful Zep but the vocals just kill it all.

Ed Rielly says:

One of the best live 1975 versions of Stairway you’ll ever hear from that
Tour.

Scott Waszak says:

Van Halen was a FAR more innovative guitarist than Page. Page was more
creative in is use of alternate tunings and his overall songwriting
approach, but Van Halen literally rewrote the book on electric rock guitar
playing, AND how guitars were/are built. Page is my fav rock guitarist and
Zep my fav band, but…

And…yes…Plant’s voice was just garbage live at this point, as compared
to what it once was, which was/is the greatest ever.

Duncan Mcdonald says:

Page sure seems to have fun with ‘Dazed and Confused’. This is the best
version I’ve heard him play.

Kween KJ says:

Holy crap! I was there..nosebleed seats but didn’t care!

esoxhunter50 says:

Stairway solo is out of this world!

Will Mcaulay says:

I agree that his voice was shot at this point ( coke, booze, just partying
too much) But he was also had the flu going inti these shows starting in
chicago.Just raed some books all are consitant to that story.Still no one
could even come close too the al mighty Zeppelin alway imitated NEVER
duplicated .

My first concert. I was 17.

jimi heil says:

from a cement corner somewhere?

Jonesy’s all like “Good God, Robert shut up.”

B.J. McFunk says:

This is great quality for a bootleg. (Assuming it is a bootleg recording)

au fuentecilla says:

It only shows that led zeppelin is really the greatest band of all time.
Csn you name a vocalist who cracked while singing and still the audience
love him and root for more.? Only Robert Plant can get away wth anything
because the people there knew that he gave his all everytime he performs.
They know that time he is not feeling well.As of Jimmy no one can denied
that he is the most innovative guitarist of all time, and saying bad things
about him is disrespectful. The man is being humble when he says that he is
being sloppy. And to all of you haters of Led Zepp, you are just jealous.
wonder why after 45 years, Led zepp and all the members of the band keeps
getting bigger and bigger. See, Robert Plant at the age of 64 keeps earning
millions and millions of dollar in evety jampacked concert . Jimmy reach
pinnacle of his career and command great respect from his peer and of these
generation. Because, they are the best band ever.

Michael Noeldner says:

This is a great document on how great Led Zeppelin was live and it’s from a
bootleg.

You Toob says:

I was at this show ,I’m 55 now !! My Brother & I waited on line overnight
at the exhibition hall to get a stub that got me a numbered place on line
when tickets finally went on sale , Crazy night that was. Anyway got 25th
row center on the floor for what was the Physical Graffiti Tour ,at some
point I remember Ronnie Wood even came out and gave Jimmy Page a Gibson
Les Paul for his birthday and proceeded to play Communication Breakdown !
Still have to ticket stubs to prove it .

Stephanie Smith says:

Pete Moore says:

cant believe it was 37 years ago today, i think I woke up about 4 in the
afternoon, I was so wiped I hardly remembered which 3 songs they had
played, only how hard it rained and how I got home, my mom so pissed cause
we didn’t come straight home after the “riot” , I never saw any of, we
missed so much but yet at least had the chance, The only one I had at the
time, I was 16. To see THE BEST there EVER was! For 3 Songs that I will
always cherish.

rprovenz says:
