I don’t know how so many people can dislike this song
Robert Plant wrote this song for his son that died at a very young age from
a stomach virus and back then they didn’t have the cure for the stomach
virus
That feather on the wind still floats by sometimes…1979 – still makes me
*sigh*. :)
So many fans thought Zeppelin had gone soft on them when All of My Love
came out…they missed the whole meaning and circumstances behind this
beautiful ode.

I know this song is about Robert Plants son Karac who died in 1977 at age 5
this song was originally called “Hated all my love” but changed it to All
my Love that’s what I heard.

Where’s the lyrics?
The song was written following the death of Robert Plants son Karac’s death
from a stomach infection in 1977 when he was only 5 years old.The song was
written about Plant and his wife so terribly miss him and how they will
love and miss him forever.
I sang this song to my then girlfriend who is now my wife 16years ago
