SidNightWalker says:

I’m so glad this is still here. It brightens my day every time I go back to
it.

Shlibi says:

Good choice of clip, matches the song.

James W Bell says:

the prince of peace walking the night alone could just as easily represent
Aragorn

DrMickaelleDougherty says:

Totally sensational.

Giordano Bruno says:

Battle of Evermore – Led Zeppelin

Nazzarenom says:
Abraham Camarena Sanz says:

Murillo, gracias por la sinopsis.

JustSlackz says:

This is fucking awesome! Led zeppelin and LOTR : what more could a fella
ask for?!

Tara Adams says:

The Balance will return when mankind has left – unfortunately.

Ricardo Rodriguez says:

Fantastic song and vídeo

Hall Boylston says:

Hell, I’d just like to see a video of Zepplin doing the song. You know, the
band performing the song, either live or in the studio. THAT’s what I’d
like to see. Not much chance of that though I guess.

Tara Adams says:

Ateh Malkuth Ve Geburrah Ve Gedulah Le Olahm Amen.

Phillip Johnson says:

Using clips from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two
Towers, The Return of the King, of which the song is based on.

Carlos Henrique Xavier Endo says:

1:10 The “darkest of them all” is Sauron.

Raul Aan says:

This seqence is balanced…very good

Dean H says:

oh, heeeeellll yeah

Doug Dan says:

You might get flamed for saying that.

SidNightWalker says:

There’s one inescapable bit of lyric, that tells you that LotR was a
gigantic influence on Zepplin, and it’s in one of their lighter songs,
oddly enough, Ramble On. It goes, “In the darkest depths of Mordor, i met a
girl so fair. But Gollum, and the evil one, crept up and swept away with
her.”.That’s just solid proof right there. Also a very excellent lyric, i
must say.

scandial says:

Now I have to find another sound track and try and synch it myself, I’m not
born to the generation that has to do this manually.

HabboMan45 says:

Youtube ruined a great video. THE RECORD LABEL STRIKES AGAIN!!

Russman7777 says:

What the fuck has YouTube done now?! I can’t fuckin listen to the song?!
What fucking copyright?! Why?! Aaaaaaaargh fuck, fuck, fuck, fuckety, fuck,
fuck, fuck, fuck!!! Fucking YouTube!

danonck says:

When I first heard this song it reminded me of LotR instantly. It was later
when I found out that the Zeppelins in fact were inspired by Tolkien’s
writings.

sozzers says:

“Nothing in life is free!” air. love. rain. sunlight. family. nothing in
life is free, huh? dick.

rocoloco95 says:

youtube sucks

sozzers says:

no reference to the lord of the rings, huh? please explain the line: “the
ringwraiths ride in black”. hmm..

ohweloveeverton says:

read the book. Aragorn wasn’t ordained a king until after the battle of
Gondor (Evermore). he was for peace among all men and halflings. the proof
is in the end of the book. what did he do with all the captured men of the
south? – he set them free.

razorblade530 says:

still one of my fave youtube videos!

hayduke1969 says:

Sandy Denny was the goddess of song. I read somewhere that she and Page
were actually schoolmates at some artsy-fartsy music school when they were
kids. So much talent sprang out of post-war England. There was somthing in
the water in the late 40s. If anyone is unfamiliar with her work you’d be
wise to check out Fairport Convention (pre-’76) Album Leige and Leaf is a
great place to start.

Doctor Profesor Guerrero says:

Or trolls …

ledzeppelin3489 says:

believe me dude this song has nothing to do with the lord of the rings just
cause you calim to be a zeppelin fan doesnt mean you know anything about
them research your stuff man

Luca Salemi says:

I was very happy about seeing this video, then I saw you matched the word
“prince of peace” with Frodo. The prince of peace is actually Aragorn.

Chris Hunter says:

Sandy Denny is the only other lead singer Zep ever had…

somestuffandmore says:

copy and paste- BRING BACK THE ZEP! BRING BACK THE ZEP! FUCK YOUTUBE! THERE
ARE A MILLION VIDS WITH METALLICA MUSIC! GO SCREW UP THIER VIDEOS!

swoopingroup says:

it is a solid fact that LOTR was an influence they even say it themselves
in interviews and books

mg171994 says:

Genghis Khan. Just saying.

IcecreamManFoxy says:

why?

tgodbey101 says:

damn bitches! who the fuck took the good part of this out! and let led
zeppelin rock on forever.

scandial says:

I feel I’ve got the right to watch this, I own – the books, the Led Zep
Album (Vinyl and CD), the MP3 – downloaded from iTunes, the Videos. So I
think I’ve paid copyright along the way several times.

bugger012 says:

listen, i love led zeppelin there my favorite band of all time but they are
jerks when it comes to this kind of stuff

carlmolito says:

naw it’s overrated as a direct result of being overplayed. play me a song 8
million times i bet i’ll like it as well. zeppelin has much better songs,
stairway doesnt even touch in the top 10 for me

rloft123 says:

“The Prince of Peace embraced the gloom, And walked the night alone”
Aragorn wasn’t really ever alone, Frodo in a sense was, carrying the one
thing that, if destroyed, will bring peace

ledzeppelin3489 says:

it isnt influenced by lord of the rings read the books “whole lotta led
zeppelin” and “led zeppelin” by richard cole and you tell me what this song
is about

Jts says:

Well the lyrics give that away pretty easily.

championofhardrock says:

depends on how far east you look, the earth is a globe you know

Doctor Profesor Guerrero says:

No, 42 trolls dislike that song

Nick Roccuzzo says:

This song is angelic. The way Sandy Denny and Robert Plant’s make a
shrilling collaboration makes this song not only an amazing synchronization
towards LOTR, but a very magical and mystic presence in any Zeppelin
Listener’s mind.

rutger5000 says:

You seriously like the book better then the movies? I think of JRR tolkiens
as on of the worst writers in the history of man kind. I mean sure the
story is great, but everybody can make a great story if you give them more
then a few thousand pages. It’s really written bad in my opinion.

funkydrummer95 says:

you’re friggin’ joking right?

reachers says:

@Kantikom your Zeppelin is back 😉

Luca Nicola Quaroni says:

Perfect Compination guy, Congratulations ^^
