Dontwannagivemyname says:

First of all, you’re a gassy bastard, aren’t ya? This video was really
neat. I’m not even a drummer and I had to watch it all the way through.
Nice mix of speed, yet informative, somewhat comedic….just a nice pace,
mood and a real feel good. Thank you so much.

iFranqo LSD says:

you remember Joe Pesci

sarbagya Malla says:

Has anyone ever told yoi that you look at Jack Black and act the same way?

ultrakool says:

bonzoleum goes from zero to hero on this new vid, while soviet russia goes
to defcon 2! very entertaining.

snareline 2015 says:

Kudos for the beautiful Acrolite snare in the background.

Jack Palombini says:

Why does he have so many drums?

TheAxe4Ever says:

I would so love to jam with you! How are you on the “Fool in the rain”
shuffle. That seems to be a real tough one for a lot of drummers. Of
course, it is Bonzo after all. Much like Jeff Porcaro’s “Rosanna” shuffle.

mck750 says:

Thank You Bonzoleum, took some mystery out of learning this, cheers!

Riley Dick says:

John Bonham is one of my favourite drummers, and after 2 years of drum
lessons (and counting!) I have always wanted to master this song on the
drums, you’ve done so well to duplicate every move on the drums. You are a
great tutor! Please continue to make more videos in the future because you
are helping budding drummers like me, and many others! Thanks

EattherichBuddy says:

Wow, thanks. It was spooky, I had not had my tubs with me out West, I was
working out there for three years and when I came back my playing was
shite. Especially my kick drum foot as I found out the first time I tried
to play this song. I plan to try your practice methods and the Bonham turn
around pronto. Thanks again!

Demonithese says:

I got asked to gig with a band that’s opening with this song with only 2
weeks to learn their set, so this video was of immeasurable value to me.
Thank you very much! Hopefully I won’t be looked down upon for having to
use a double pedal for the “triplets”…

shadowheart52 says:

You are absolutely the most entertaining drum instructor in the world.

KenaiFlyer says:

You sound like a great drummer. I really appreciate your lessons but your
humor even more…

KyleCarrington says:

you play awesome and surely capture a lot of bonzo greatness

TheAdultChild101 says:

Spot on. Like your style. Very entertaining.

Greg Myers says:

Ok, around 15:15(20) I lost my coffee! Thanks Terry!

Levi Graf says:

This is a really good cover/tutorial thanks sooooo much!!!

Woajiaorobert Pranava says:

I like the way you teach…just thought you can get together with Jack
Black and do another School of Rock movie…It would be hilarious.

adolfo iglesia says:

tocas muy bien contigo me la aprendi para montar te la madare con
algunos cam bios

Drumavid Checkupz says:

Hi Terry,

Thanks for breaking it down.

Is always fun to watch you. Is like you have your own show.
Anyways, wouldn’t it be better to practice the triplet exercise with both
feet instead of with your right hand and foot while you’re supported with
the left.

I find it much harder to do it as in the song than with the hi-hat always
closed because of balance. I know is a core issue but this is a great
exercise for it..

A Baldi says:

I love this guy! Keep up the great work!

The1WhoKnowsTheTruth says:

Terry, your a good soul man (not many of us left). Keep up the great work!

pinball1970 says:

I love this guy! absolutely spot on too. I thought I was the shit on
Bonham, turns out not so much. Still learning and thanks for the post.

Lorenzo1950 . says:

What kind of mike do you use for your drums? I have tried recording through
my computer and it sounds like a phase shifter. I need some real mikes.
Thanks a lot.

Dimitri A. says:

you rule, pal!

Ram4 . says:

I’m glad I only have to deal with the easy guitar parts on this song!
Those bass drum triplets sound scary to me! Page’s part by comparison is a
piece of cake!

Max Drummer says:

Your a great drummer and have a really good personality

mdgsdg says:

Dude! You forgot my favorite part! The 16ths on the cowbell every once in a
while. If you listen really closely you can hear it, or at least I can.
Great video though man, explained a lot for me. Very helpful.

copper son says:

27:43 :)

Nick Merritt says:

when you do the triplet, are you doing heel to toe?

motorcitymadman2 says:

i almost spit my water all over my lap top when you mentioned russia went
on their ‘dev con 2’ when this came out and ‘ding dong’ too.

xian1968 says:

Found by accident. Loved it used to play drums. Paraplegic now. But I was
totally understanding and even though the feet don’t move I was mimicking
you and Bonham on the base riffs. Wish Youtube was around when I was
younger. Because it took month’s of playing to achive a version of this.
Thanks for sharing!

NevilleRhysBarnes says:

For someone (me) who is not a drummer but has to write drum tracks, this
kind of thing is incredibly useful.

David Schlievert says:

Some people are just a pleasure to learn from…

Ronnie & Minh says:

Great video, and I don’t even play the drums.

d bag says:

You, Sir, are a weird fuck…..great lesson tho!! Man, I gotta work on my
