Really good version. Whole show is pretty darn good considering the tune
down on most songs. Saw this on AXS TV about a week ago. Keep coming back
to it. Might have to Buy the DVD. No Quarter is pretty great too.
When I went to the art school one of my favorite bands became a band called
LED ZEPPELIN. Although everybody said it was a rock band, the music they
played was based on blues with links to heavy metal, thanks to the way
Jimmy Page played the guitar and John Bonham the drums. But also under the
influence from Page and singer Robert Plant there was even room left for
folk music transforming it into folk rock.
When drummer John Bonam died in 1980 the other members decided to put an
end to Led Zeppelin. After that they only performed as a band in three
occasions. In 2007 they had a special concert in London with Jason Bonham,
the son of John on the drums. There was only room for 20.000 people in the
O2 Arena, although 20.000.000 from all over the world tried to book a
ticket. In 2012 the DVD en CD of ‘Celebration Day’ came out and from that
concert this beautiful song: “KASHMIR”. Hope you’ll enjoy it.
Every modern shitty ”rock” band should take a look at this video and think
“are we gonna be this good, epic and badass when we turn 70?” and, since
the answer is ovbiously NO, they should also feel ashamed and quit making
the noise they make raping instruments and calling it “music”…
Meg, not sure how you mean that but if it’s that his eyes are opened too
the truth in Jesus I’m all with you !! Before I was born from above I saw
led zep in concert in high school and really liked them ( young and pliable
) Talent yes , yet lacking in wisdom and truth.
I meant, that even at almost 70 years old, watching and listening to him
play these songs makes my heart stop and I cannot take my eyes off him I
don’t honestly care what anyone else on the planet thinks about him or Led
Zeppelin as a whole. His playing shakes me to my core like nothing else
ever has or ever will. I thank the Lord for Jimmy Page. End of story.
LED ZEPPELIN – KASHMIR – Celebration Day….
Música para relaxar e curtir…
#rock #ledzeppelin
Ontem como hoje os caras continuam mandando bém.
This may very well be the best song ever written by man. No contest..

The high notes are fucking insane! It’s amazing how even after ages Plant’s
vocal abilities seem to have gotten bigger and better! Wow

led zeppelin tres bien
If there were still playing regularly, then an occasional acoustic set
would be great, but for a one-time reunion, they needed to go all in.
