Raw and flawless. Bridging the gap between sound and intellectual
analyzation, or lack thereof.

Right around the 5 min mark Jimmy Page drops it like a fuckin soldier!!

this is not the full song its the edited version that went on the movie as
the beginning of jimmy pages solo is cut out. the original record lp also
has the section with the band jamming with the keyboard longer and jimmy
pages solo break from the actual beginning. cunts

jeffrey hinkel says:

I love this version… Perfect song

MrSnapy1 says:

Jones plays the bass with his feet in this song while playing the
keyboards…

Eric Stopa says:

The re-master is worse as the grove is lost between Jones and Bonham after
the first chorus where Jones starts his solo then joined by Bonham, then
Page.

steven johnson says:

best groooooove ever!!!!

Tequila Mockingbird says:

this is fucking proof that Page could be not sloppy when he wanted to

Chissà che sensazioni avremmo provato se avessimo avuto la fortuna di
essere a quel concerto nel ’73! …Purtroppo avevo solo 3 anni!

Champane97 says:

Thank god I never got rid of my original ‘The Song Remains The Same’ CD
because when I heard this remastered DVD/CD of The Song Remains The Same
the editing out of the beautiful rhythmic/groove playing of Jimmy Page’s
playing in the beginning of the solo section right before he unleashes his
most devastating live solo EVER was a major let down. Even the great call &
response playing between Page & Bonham was missing towards the end of the
solo was missing too. Basically the remastered version was butchered to
death! No happy

edgar sanchez ramirez says:

c mon people lets get real, everybody kwons why jimmy was the master of
