Now I have understood it ;-). Thank you. Nice lesson!

CrimsonKarl says:

Instead of alternating leading with his left and right, are you sure Bonham
didn’t just cross his hands over? I’ve seen videos where he did just
that.. i’m thinking of the triplet fill in Dazed and Confused for example.
I normally don’t lead with my right, so it’s tricky for me. I suppose I
should learn. Got the crossover down, though :)

Bonzo S. Montreux says:

Great lesson, mate. Very helpful.

Connor Griffin says:

11:34 sounds a lot like the intro to Teddy Picker by the Arctic Monkeys.

You should fix your hi hat so the yamaha label faces you. Seems like your
hitting it on the side. Th sweet spot is in the range of the logo. Nice
drumming though.

xCrazyxJayx says:

Acoustic drums are harder to record, and with electronic drums you can
change the sound to match the original song. I’m sure he has both though.

WHAT are you talking about, dude? Hehe, thanks for the drum love though 🙂

Steve Salmon says:

well explained video, fudladump rhythm?surely you mean a single storke
4,…its what you played in other example.even though the 4 notes are
evenly spaced, when you play them back to back there is a space of two
sixteenth note triplets between each 4.If they were evenly spaced and
played back to back they would be 16ths. That part is just a bit misleading.

Jonathan Lemche says:

Can you teach us Black Betty, the Ram Jam version?
